biologico e creare ricette vegetariane, con una forte inclinazione vegana, per amore della nostra Madre Terra e del benessere degli animali.Dal 2015 condivide le sue ricette su un blog, e ha scritto due libri sulla cucina vegetariana pubblicati da Solar e Hachette e i suoi lavori sono stati pubblicati o presentati su diversi media.Fotografa culinaria in Francia e in Italia, mette a disposizione
